Scientists at Unilever Research Laboratories in Port Sunlight and Colworth are involved in research and development in the areas of external stimuli and how they are relayed to the brain via the Central Nervous System. Because of the extreme complexity of the nervous system and the need to demonstrate many physical variations of the subject matter to a wide range of audience groups, the scientists required a new kind of simulator.

Using High Definition 3D CGI, the animated menu driven simulator developed by Saville Creative demonstrates how the Sensory Nervous System, and the Autonomic Nervous system work when stimuli such as heat, chemicals, and various types of contact effect the human body.
